Studio Owner and Founder

Born in Mexico City, decides to quit everything and begin a new life in Paris 14 years ago.

Entrepreneur, mom, experience maker, brandjunkie, health enthusiast, with a law degree (Bac+5), fell in love with the pilates method from the first moment she stepped into a pilates studio.

She has been practicing pilates for 8 years now, Romanas certified in 2013, directly mentored by Philippe Taupin (Level 2 Romanas pilates teacher, importer of the pilates method in France).

Certified CQP ALS AGEE from Ministère des sports. In 2006 she went to winter camp with new yorker guru Tara Stiles and got the Strala Yoga Guide certificate.

Certified 200hr RYT in London at the House of Yoga in Baptiste Power Yoga Style.

Certified Lagree Fitness in Los Angeles, summer 2018.

She continuously builds on her knowledge through frequent participation in seminars, master-classes with internationally renowned instructors worldwide.

She created Snake & Twist with the idea of inspiring you to lead your best life with motivating pilates and yoga classes, healthy recipes and wellness.

"I want people to feel amazing"

She wanted to create a place which make for her feel in a warm and sunny place, full of good energy. A green oasis in the middle of the city.

She believes wellness and health should be accessible to all.
