PILATES PRIVATE CLASSES

Snake and Twist strongly recommends that you begin your journey with us with a minimum of at least 5 private classes delivered by a Snake and Twist pilates teacher. You will learn the principles of pilates, how to use the reformer and wall-unit. One on one sessions may be right for you if : You have injuries that require special attention.

You are pre or post natal. You want to start slow and get to know the method. You just want our undivided attention.

Group classes just aren’t your jam.
